Program Objective
The program aims to prepare qualified public relations professionals who can perform PR functions at ministries, corporates; public and private companies; and institutions according to the latest contemporary theories and work techniques.
This program is for:
- Media managers and directors of public relations departments at ministries, organization, and large corporates.
- Those who wish to hold leadership roles in the field of public relations and corporate communications.
- Those who already work in the field and wish to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Those who wish to hold a job in the field.
- Those who wish to become PR and corporate communications professionals.
The Diploma Certificate Award
Trainees who successfully complete the program will receive a diploma certificate issued by the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) in addition to a one-year free renewable IPRA membership.
Training Materials
Trainees will receive several reference books on PR concepts, theories, and forms and how to practice public relations.
Program Duration
The duration of in-class program is 9 months (the equivalent of 1 academic year).
The duration of the online program is 6 months.
Program Plan
Students are assessed based on research projects, daily assignments, and a 6,000-word graduation project.
Part 1:
The program launch + lectures and training for 5 days / students are assigned the first research project.
Students are allowed 45 days to prepare the first research project (2,000 words).
Part 2:
Submitting the first research project (reasoning test) along with a 15-minute presentation and discussion.
Lectures and training for 5 days / students are assigned the second research project.
Results of the first research project are announced.
Students are allowed 45 days to prepare the second research project (2,000 words).
Part 3:
Submitting the second research project along with a 15-minute presentation and discussion.
Lectures and training for 5 days / students are assigned the graduation project.
Results of the second research project are announced.
Students are allowed 90 days to study and prepare the graduation project (6,000 words).
Students send their graduation projects after 90 days to the program leader, who appoints project supervisors.
Results of the graduation project are sent to students so they can prepare for the final exam and discuss the project to improve the final result.
Students are given 20 days to prepare for the final exam and project discussion.
Part 4
Day 1: Submission of graduation projects and making 15-minute presentations.
Day 2: An exam that covers the key courses.
Day 3: A break until the results are announced.
Day 4: The final results of the IPRA diploma program are announced.
The program ends and those who successfully pass are named members of IPRA “MIPRA” in the presence of the program leader and IPRA representative.
