Program description
The Business Administration Diploma aims to give the trainee the ability to understand the basics of business administration, regardless of work sector and previous academic experience. The study includes basic and complementary subjects so that the graduate of this program becomes knowledgeable and familiar with how to manage major companies in all their departments, from strategic planning, finance, operations, and human resources to marketing, financing, and launching small projects. In addition, the skills training processes that characterize the Syrian International Academy in Human Development integrate personal, scientific and practical management skills to enable the student to succeed in the highest leadership positions in institutions, whether profit or non-profit.
The Business Studies Diploma motivates participants to take smart initiatives to achieve excellence in the institutions in which they work. Students learn methods of managing business and state institutions. The student will be able to read and analyze variables related to institutions and use scientific and quantitative methods to make decisions and solve problems. The diploma refines and develops the personality of students to enable them to adapt to different work environments, and to design strategies for their institutions and companies to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
The global business environment has changed dramatically over the past ten years, and because of this change there has been a complete transformation in businesses and in the professions required by these businesses. Accordingly, there has been a great need for the presence of qualified people and newly professionally trained managers. In order to excel and keep pace with the urgent change in the business environment, to which universities in the region are rarely able to respond quickly due to the routine procedures they may have to undergo, the Syrian International Academy launched this pioneering program in Syria.

Certificate: After graduating from the diploma, the trainee will obtain a certificate certified by the Syrian Ministry of Administrative Development and Foreign Affairs.
Number of hours: 300 study hours.
Duration of study for the diploma: one academic year and nine months.

Fees: 7,500,000, with the possibility of dividing the fees into several installments during the study period.
Available discounts: 10% for military personnel and families of martyrs / 10% for siblings registered in onediploma / 10% for those registered in more than one diploma
Requirement for registration in the diploma: Must have a high school diploma as a minimum.
